The first french artists to ever mint a NFT
Since 2018, Obvious creates and shares artworks on SuperRare, one of the main platforms for digital artists.
Obvious was invited to participate in the beta version of the platform in 2018, and was onboarded by the founders, who shared their passion and vision in the very early stage of NFTs.
As a result, Obvious minted their first NFT, Eryn Nemesis, on April 2018 making them the 8th artist to ever mint on the platform, and (until proven otherwise) the first french artists to ever create NFTs.
A ground for exploration
Since 2018, Obvious has been using SuperRare as a platform to share their experiments. Each of the different explorations they pursue which don't end up as a series of NFTs or physical artworks, they share on SuperRare.
To Obvious, these works hold an incomparable value - Each of them is a milestone which shapes their artistic journey, each of them is the fruit of passion, exploration, and pure, unbounded artistic expression.
